Panchkarma – Griva basti

Griva Basti is a specialized Ayurvedic therapy designed to address deep-rooted and chronic issues affecting the neck and cervical region. This traditional treatment involves the application of medicated oils and fomentation to target conditions in the neck, muscles, and ligaments.

In the procedure, medicated hot oil is held around the neck area using a unique apparatus sealed with dough. This process is followed by gentle massage and hot fomentation.
